Making Calls
There are two ways to make calls from Salesforce using the adapter.
Dialing from the Adapter
Telephone calls can be made directly from the adapter by entering a number in the text box provided and pressing the handset icon to the right of the text box:
Dialing from a Contact
Telephone calls can be made directly from an Account or Contact within Salesforce by simply clicking on the telephone number link.
Which ever way is chosen, Phone Manager will dial the required number (internal or external) and will format the number as required.
Note
Outgoing access codes and international access codes will automatically be applied as required based on the normal Dial Plan settings of the MiVoice Office Application Suite.
